A New Operating System for a New Era

Picture a world where systems work for people, not against them. It might seem pretty distant given our current underwhelming attempt at living up to our singular potential as a species. We could do so much better. Because we are so much better.

We have the resources and the knowledge to solve the big problems, but the systems in place? Sheesh… They are definitely not cutting it. Our mission is to change that. Sure, you’ve heard that one before, but we are not just talk. We are actually designing tools to let communities control their own resources and create real impact, whether it’s through the Altruistic Wallet ecosystem or open-source platforms like Circles.

We believe people—not corporations—should decide where resources go. Circles gives changemakers a place to connect, collaborate, and solve problems that matter. The Altruistic Wallet, on the other hand, is a tool for funding what you believe in. You can’t spend it on yourself, only on projects and people making a difference. It’s about bringing power back to the community.

We take the approach of the whole-systems engineer. We’re not interested in quick fixes, partial hacks or band-aids for broken systems. We want to build something entirely new—a kind of custodial capitalism that allows people to take back the control of their resources and help each other thrive. By focusing on open-source tech and human-driven design, we’re creating tools that connect the dots between local action and global change.
